- If your order has an SE suffix (LExxxxxxxxxSE), please track it directly on this specialized website. It will appear on the USPS website only when it arrives in the US after 7-10 business days. Packages shipped via Sweden Post pass through US Customs easily. However, they may not have real-time tracking updates. The standard route for this shipping option is Singapore to the USA via a sorting hub in Sweden.
- If your order has an AE suffix (RRxxxxxxxxxAE), please track it directly on the 17Track website;
- If your order is to the USA, check USPS Tracking after 7-10 business days it has been shipped (LPxxxxxxxxxIN, RRxxxxxxxxxAE).
- If your order has an IN suffix (EAxxxxxxxxxIN or RMxxxxxxxxxIN), please track it directly on the India Postwebsite. If your order is to the UK, check Royal Mail first;
- If your order has an CH suffix (LPxxxxxxxxxCH), please track it directly on the Swiss Post website;
- If your order has an SG suffix (LPxxxxxxxxxSG), please track it directly on the SingPost website;
- If your order has an FR suffix (LKxxxxxxxxxFR), please track it directly on the Asendia website. It will appear on the USPS website only when it arrives in the US. Packages shipped via Asendia pass through US Customs easily. However, they may not have real-time tracking updates. The standard route for this shipping option is Singapore to the USA via a sorting hub in France;
- Once your order is in-country, please use your local governmental postal service for the best tracking updates. Additionally, you can track all of your shipments at 17Track.

Problems With Tracking?
We will send your tracking information by confirmation email within 48-72 hours after you place your order. Please note that order information may not be available until your shipment has reached the destination country. You may receive a “Pending” or “Tracking does not exist” notification. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after you receive shipping confirmation to track your shipment.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If you receive notice from your local postal carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, Australian Post) of a failed delivery attempt, please contact your local carrier. Your local carrier can assist you in scheduling a redelivery attempt or a pickup at your local carrier. Packages not claimed within 5 days are returned to the sender. If your package is not delivered and you have contacted your local carrier, please contact our support team. We will assist you in locating your package and scheduling a reshipment if necessary.

Your Tracking ID Number
You will receive an email containing your tracking ID number 1-3 days after your order is placed. Tracking will be available as soon as your shipment arrives in its destination country.

You will receive tracking notifications by email. If your package remains in customs for over 7 business days, please contact our customer support team.
Clearing Customs
If you are an overseas customer, your order will proceed through customs. Clearance through customs may take up to 7 business days.

Please note that parcel shipments sent via Regular Airmail (RMXXXYYXXXXIN) can NOT be tracked and DO NOT require a signature.
After getting your tracking number, you will receive email and SMS tracking notifications of your parcel via Aftership – one of the most advanced parcel tracking services in the realms of the online pharmacy industry. Please note that parcel tracking information is generally available within 3-4 days after your package is shipped.
Our shipping time varies depending on your country-specific customs laws & procedures. The shipping time includes two delivery options:
- for Express delivery, it takes 7-10 business days for orders delivered to the USA, the UK, & Australia. Standard delivery to these countries takes 10-18 business days;
- orders delivered to other countries can use Express delivery which takes 10-21 business days or standard delivery which usually takes 10-30 days.
FYI: It’s very important to note that for every country, customs clearance is an obligatory procedure done for all the goods crossing a border between countries. Usually, goods clearance takes about 1-2 business days but sometimes, it may delay taking up to 7 business days. Due to this custom delay, you may experience an unexpected delay in receiving your items at the intended time.
As part of our e-pharmacy operation & customer-relation to ensure we serve you best, we take the necessary effort to ensure all parcels made from our drugstore pass through customs without issue (normally, 99.5% of our parcels go through the US, the UK, and Australia customs smoothly).
Take note that individual countries have different criteria in how they operate in customs with the goods they receive. It can be rare but in the unlikely event of your parcel gets lost or stuck at Customs for more than 2 weeks, we communicate with you and if the reason of your parcel being held is beyond our control, and upon your decision, we will either reship your parcel for free or give you a full refund if preferred.
If making bulk orders from our e-pharmacy, there is no need to worry about it being held at customs. We normally split bulk orders or those in large quantities (for example, an order of 500 pills) into several packages (we separate 300 tabs for each package) and ship them separately every 3-5 business days to avoid any issues at country-specific customs.
Note: Our products are sourced from approved manufacturers. So don’t fret or worry in case of any failed or delayed delivery. Have peace of mind knowing that we constantly track all buyer orders and if for any reason your order doesn’t reach you within 30 days, communicate with us.
