You are eligible for a 100% refund of your purchase when:

• your item is not delivered within 30 days.

You can track your Express or Registered Airmail order as soon as it reaches your delivery country, not before.

To avoid issues going through customs, bulk orders and orders containing large quantities (like 500 tablets) will be split into several smaller (300 tablets) packages. The packages will also be shipped 3 to 5 days apart.
